Background The Forces Surveillance Support Center (FSSC) is responsible for providing critical wide-area Air and Maritime Surveillance track information to the Joint Inter-Agency Task Force - South (JIATF-S) in support of the US Southern Command's Counter-Narcotics Detection and Monitoring Mission. To fulfill these mission requirements, a service agreement is necessary for engineering support and repair of the BAE Direct Digital Receiver (DDRx) system and its components. This contract aims to ensure the operational viability of the DDRx systems through sustainment support services. Work Details The Supplier will provide a range of services including: engineering services, supplies, software services, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) support for the BAE DDRx systems. Specific tasks include: 1. Replacement of degraded or inoperable items with operational replacements, including inspection, testing, troubleshooting, disassembly, re-assembly, and final acceptance testing. 2. Technical support via phone, email, or electronic communication for troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment. 3. Engineering and post-design services including scheduled training and root cause analysis. 4. On-site field tasks related to equipment modifications and maintenance. 5. Software management and support services to maintain operational viability throughout the lifecycle of the DDRx systems. 6. Monthly progress reports detailing contractor work performed, labor hours by category, direct costs by line item, technical progress assessments, schedule status updates, travel conducted, and any contractor concerns or recommendations. Place of Performance Work will primarily be conducted at ROTHR Receive sites located in Texas (Premont and Freer), Virginia (New Kent), Puerto Rico (Vieques), or at the Supplier's facilities in Australia.
