Background The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey is seeking potential sources for Grounds Maintenance Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The goal of this contract is to maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants across multiple locations in West Virginia, ensuring a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other non-personal services necessary to deliver grounds maintenance services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations. Specific tasks include: - Spring and Fall Clean up - Mowing - Grass Clipping Removal - Trimming/Edging - Maintenance of Retention Ponds. Quality control measures must be implemented to ensure compliance with performance standards. The contractor is also responsible for conducting business during specified hours and maintaining an adequate workforce for uninterrupted service. Period of Performance The contract will have a base year with four twelve-month option periods. Place of Performance The work will be performed at various locations in West Virginia including Cross Lanes, Charleston, Clarksburg, Bridgeport, Grafton, Jane Lew, Kingwood, and Morgantown.
