Commvault CommServe Migration, Environment Update, and Storage Configuration

This Small Business Reserve (SBR) solicitation, issued under the COTS 2012 Master Contract (060B2490021), seeks professional technical services and maintenance for the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development's (DHCD) Commvault environment. The project is a fixed-price engagement to migrate the existing virtual CommServe from a Windows 2012 VM to a physical server, update the environment to the current LTS version, and configure policies for LTO9 tape drive integration. This procurement also includes Commvault Premiere Support (CCID: A0598) for the period of 03/01/2026 to 02/28/2027. Please note that this scope is strictly for installation and maintenance services and excludes the purchase or renewal of software licenses (FA I).
