Contract Requirements

- Proposers must download the official proposal specifications and forms from the "Attachments" tab within the solicitation at https://burlcobids.ionwave.net . - All documents must be submitted in their original format; any modifications will result in rejection. - Proposers are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17: 27-1 et seq.
