New Employee Laptops, Docks, Keyboards, and Mice

Background

The Department of Information Technology (DOIT) is issuing this solicitation to procure new employee equipment, specifically laptops and associated peripherals, to replace antiquated systems used by a special unit. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the department has the necessary technology to support its operations effectively.

Work Details

The contract requires the provision of the following items: 1. 3 units of Dell Pro 16 Plus (Model: PB16250) - specifications include Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD. 2. 3 units of Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 Dock (Model: WD25TB4). 3. 3 units of Dell Pro Keyboard and Mouse (Model: KM5221W - US English - Black). 4. 1 unit of Dell UltraSharp 24 Monitor (Model: U2424H). All products must be new and unused, and the Master Contractor must provide estimated ship dates for each item listed.

Period of Performance

The performance period for this contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by May 15, 2026.

Place of Performance

The equipment will be delivered to the Maryland Department of Information Technology, Attn: Karie Mitchell, located at 100 Community Place, Crownsville, MD 21032.

Bidder Requirements

This solicitation is limited to certified small business vendors who are Master Contractors under the Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract BPO #060B5400007. Bidders must provide a Letter of Authorization from Dell as an authorized reseller and include a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with their bid. Additionally, bidders must complete a Mercury Affidavit.
