The work includes: 1. Performing Medical Surveillance Exams for approximately 70 Wyoming Army National Guard Federal Technicians. 2. Conducting job-related medical surveillance examinations and occupational health services. 3. Providing physical examination/assessment/consultation by a Board Certified Occupational Health Physician or a Physician’s Assistant. 4. Assessing individuals' work/health history and current occupational exposure across various health systems (pulmonary, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, neurological, dermatological). 5. Submitting written summaries of employees' health status and recommendations regarding physical limitations or further monitoring. 6. Ensuring that individual medical records are available for review by the contract physician and maintaining proper documentation as per privacy regulations. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
