Background

The Little Rock School District (LRSD) is seeking proposals for the rental of Nitrous Oxide and Oxygen tanks for a small dental practice within the district. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the dental practice has access to necessary gases for patient care, thereby supporting the health and wellness mission of the LRSD.

Work Details

The contractor will provide Nitrous Oxide and Oxygen tank rental services, including: - Rental of H Cylinder tanks. - Refills for Nitrous and Oxygen tanks as needed. - Delivery of tanks by the company.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective from the date of award until terminated by either party. Specific performance timelines will be determined based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at the Little Rock School District's designated dental practice location.

Bidder Requirements

Proposers must register on the LRSD procurement website to view and download proposal documents. Additionally, proposers must submit a notarized Proposer Assurance and Disclosure form with their proposal. The successful contractor must maintain adequate professional liability insurance coverage of no less than $500,000 and provide an insurance certificate naming LRSD as an additional insured.
