Background

The University of New Mexico Hospital (UNMH) is seeking to procure the RapidAI Platform Subscription, a clinical imaging software solution developed by iSchemaView, Inc. This platform is essential for the analysis and diagnosis of stroke and neurovascular conditions, supporting UNMH's mission to provide timely and effective patient care in critical situations.

Work Details

The procurement includes the RapidAI Platform Subscription which features advanced imaging capabilities such as MR Perfusion, CT Perfusion, CTA, Large Vessel Occlusion (LVO) detection, Intracranial Hemorrhage (ICH) identification, and ASPECTS scoring. The platform also includes integrated communication tools for real-time coordination among care teams. The services to be provided under this contract include: Implementation, Sublicensed Software, Ongoing Maintenance, Software Support, Professional Services, Training, Hosting, Configuration, Upgrades and Enhancements. This contract may support multiple purchase orders for additional functionality and licenses as needed.

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract is one year with an option to renew annually subject to New Mexico Statutes.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the University of New Mexico Hospital located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Bidder Requirements

This procurement is a sole source purchase from iSchemaView, Inc., which is the only vendor capable of providing the proprietary RapidAI software and associated support services necessary for UNMH's clinical requirements. No other vendors can replicate the proprietary algorithms or integrate seamlessly into UNMH’s existing workflows.
