Work Details

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is set to expire six years later unless terminated earlier according to contract provisions. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for up to twelve months at its discretion.

Services will be performed at various facilities owned and occupied by the City of Annapolis, Maryland.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience in HVAC and BAS systems, with personnel having at least five years of relevant experience and appropriate training in programming and troubleshooting BAS equipment.
