IMD - Repair Parts for Historic Lighting Fixtures

Background

The Idaho Military Division (IMD) is seeking quotes from suppliers to provide lighting products for the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) on Gowen Field. The purpose of this contract is to replace parts and lighting equipment for security and safety throughout the flight line for aircraft. The items specified must be Brand Name Only, with no substitutions or equivalents allowed.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by May 21, 2026.

Place of Performance

The delivery location for the products will be at IMD - CFMO, 3620 W Fairchild St. BLDG 520, Boise ID. 83705.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a signed State of Idaho Signature Page along with their quote. They are required to provide a Supplier Certificate of Insurance (COI) and comply with all insurance requirements as outlined in the solicitation documents.
