Work Details

The Contractor must provide comprehensive janitorial services including daily, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual cleaning schedules. Daily tasks include sweeping walk surfaces, mopping and disinfecting restroom floors, cleaning and disinfecting fixtures in restrooms and breakrooms, vacuuming carpeted areas, and emptying waste receptacles. Weekly tasks include cleaning custodial storage rooms and vacuuming conference rooms. Monthly tasks involve cleaning windowsills and dusting cobwebs. Bi-monthly tasks include cleaning exterior-facing windows and edge cleaning carpets. Quarterly tasks involve dusting light fixtures and vents. Annual tasks include deep carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning using approved methods. The Contractor must supply all necessary equipment and materials while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on June 1st for a term of one year with four optional one-year renewals upon mutual agreement, potentially extending the total contract term to five years.

Bidder Requirements
