The City of Gardner is seeking qualified contractors to provide pipe inspection and relining services as part of their infrastructure rehabilitation efforts. This contract aims to ensure the maintenance and improvement of the city's sewer systems, which is critical for public health and environmental protection. The project is governed by Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M.
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the following tasks: 1. **Television Inspection of Pipes**: Conduct visual inspections using closed-circuit television (CCTV) to assess the condition of sewer pipes prior to rehabilitation. The contractor must provide evidence of experience in installing CIPP and meet specific material requirements outlined in ASTM standards.
