The electronic reverse auction will take place on June 3, 2026, starting at 9:30 a.m. and ending at 10:00 a.m. Bidders may participate online or submit paper bids at the Board's office no later than thirty minutes before the reverse auction begins. Computers and technical assistance will be available for bidders participating in the reverse auction at the Board's office. If bid sniping occurs during the reverse auction, there will be up to two extended periods of five minutes each, extending the auction by a maximum of ten minutes.
