Background The Louisiana Air National Guard (LA ANG) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing Local Telecommunication Services for Session Initiated Protocol (SIP) Trunking. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The goal of this contract is to determine the availability of qualified small businesses, including various small business categories such as 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB. Work Details The Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) for SIP Trunking will replace essential Local Telecommunication Services and Long-Distance services currently provided via Emulated SIP (BVoIP) circuits with session initiation protocol (SIP) trunks. These services will support the 159th Fighter Wing and its Geographically Separated Units (GSUs), ensuring operational support 24/7/365. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, facilities, materials, and services needed to perform and provide local access to the designated circuit demarcation points identified in Appendix 1 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This includes any necessary equipment, wiring, or infrastructure to ensure compatibility with the existing government infrastructure without incurring additional costs to the government. Period of Performance 1 Oct 2026 – 30 Sep 2027 with option years extending through 30 Sep 2030. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at multiple locations including: 159th Fighter Wing, NAS JRB New Orleans, LA; 236th CBCS, Hammond, LA; 259th ATCS, Alexandria, LA; and Jackson Barracks, New Orleans, LA.
