Medical Oxygen & Cylinder Rentals - LDH

Background

The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) is seeking to establish a Blanket Order Contract for Medical Oxygen and Cylinder Rentals. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary medical oxygen supplies and rental services to support healthcare operations within the state. This contract aims to ensure timely delivery and availability of medical oxygen for various healthcare needs.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following products and services: 1. Medical Oxygen (Size 2 Tank) - Approximately 250 cubic feet, Quantity: 1,100 EA. 2. Medical Oxygen (Size D Tank) - Grab & Go Size D, Approximately 13.4 cubic feet, Quantity: 117 EA. 3. Medical Oxygen (Size D Rental) - Cylinder rental per cylinder per day for Grab & Go Size D, Quantity: 949 EA. 4. Medical Oxygen (Size 2 Rental) - Cylinder rental per cylinder per day for Cylinder Size 2, Quantity: 28,468 EA. 5. Medical Oxygen (Size E Tank) - Approximately 24 cubic feet, Quantity: 780 EA. 6. Medical Oxygen (Size E Rental) - Cylinder rental per cylinder per day for Size E, Quantity: 949 EA. 7. Medical Oxygen (Size E Tank) - Grab & Go Size E, Approximately 24 cubic feet, Quantity: 156 EA. 8. Medical Oxygen (Size E Rental) - Cylinder rental per cylinder per day for Grab & Go Size E, Quantity: 8,069 EA. Delivery must be made within 24 hours after an order is placed by the agency.

Period of Performance

The initial period of performance will begin on July 1, 2026 or the date of award, whichever is later, and will end on June 30, 2027. The contract may be renewed for two additional twelve-month periods at the same prices, with a total contract duration not exceeding thirty-six months.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at various locations as specified by the Louisiana Department of Health. Deliveries will be directed to LDH Pinecrest Support & Services Center Purchase at 100 Pinecrest Drive, Kingsville Community, Pineville, LA 71360.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid and must include a W-9 form if newly registered. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations regarding civil rights and accessibility standards.
