Background The contractor shall perform all required biannual HVAC system maintenance, HVAC system repairs, and electrical repairs for the UT&C buildings located throughout the McGregor Range in Chaparral, New Mexico. This contract is funded by the Japanese Forces to improve the performance of the Annual Service Practice (ASP) and enhance communication between the Japanese and United States Governments. Work Details The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform biannual HVAC system maintenance services. This includes comprehensive inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of the system's core components. The tasks include: - Biannual HVAC system maintenance - HVAC system repairs - Electrical repairs All services must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance Base Year 1: 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027; Option Year 1: 1 June 2027 to 31 May 2028; Option Year 2: 1 June 2028 to 31 May 2029; Option Year 3: 1 June 2029 to 31 May 2030.
