Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (CEHNC) is issuing a solicitation for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Architect and Engineer (A-E) services. This contract aims to support real property planning, programming, and management for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies. The goal is to provide comprehensive technical support that includes various planning studies and analyses to enhance facility management and operational efficiency. Work Details The A-E services will encompass a wide range of tasks including: master planning, requirements analysis, facility utilization studies, economic or financial analyses, DD1391 development, geospatial products, energy studies, environmental documentation, project programming, and procurement documents. The contract excludes full design, construction, and repair services but may involve developing conceptual plans equivalent to 15% facility design. The A-E Firm must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while providing all necessary labor, materials, logistical support, and administrative assistance for task orders awarded under this contract. The work may also include classified projects requiring compliance with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) standards. Place of Performance Work will be performed in multiple locations throughout the Contiguous United States including Alaska and Hawaii as well as internationally in countries such as Germany, Guatemala, Honduras, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Kwajalein – Marshall Islands, Poland, Qatar, Spain, Republic of Korea, Philippines, and the United Kingdom.
