Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (CEHNC) is issuing a solicitation for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Architect and Engineer (A-E) services. This contract aims to support real property planning, programming, and management for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies. The goal is to provide comprehensive technical support that includes various planning studies and analyses to enhance facility management and operational efficiency. Work Details The A-E services will encompass a wide range of tasks including: master planning, requirements analysis, facility utilization studies, economic or financial analyses, DD1391 development, geospatial products, energy studies, environmental documentation, project programming, and procurement documents.
