Background The Montgomery County Highway Department is seeking a vendor to provide Traffic Paint for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The department aims to ensure the availability of high-quality traffic paint that meets state specifications for road marking. Work Details The contractor will supply the following items: 1) White Traffic Paint (Fast Dry) 2) Yellow Traffic Paint (Fast Dry) 3) Glass Beads. All products must meet State of Tennessee specifications, including a drying time of 60 seconds under normal conditions and the capability to hold glass beads for reflectorized traffic marking. The pricing must be quoted as delivered. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Place of Performance The products will be delivered to Montgomery County Highway Department located at 1302 Crossland Ave., Clarksville, TN 37040. Bidder Requirements Bidders must submit their proposals in a sealed envelope clearly marked with 'Bid – Hwy Dept Traffic Paint FY27'. They must also certify compliance with the Non-Boycott of Israel Act and the Iran Divestment Act. Bids must remain valid for at least sixty (60) days post-opening.
