Background The Idaho Department of Fish & Game (IDFG) is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of four (4) Trail Oriented Motorcycles. The motorcycles will be utilized by enforcement officers in rugged terrains that are inaccessible by trucks or all-terrain vehicles. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency in patrolling these areas. Work Details The contract requires the delivery of four motorcycles, specifically: - 2 units of 4 Stroke / 200cc Yamaha TW200 or an equivalent model, - 2 units of 2 Stroke / 300 cc Beta 300 RR or an equivalent model. Each motorcycle must meet specific specifications including but not limited to: a single-cylinder engine, manual transmission, durable off-road tires, electric start, and compliance with weight and height restrictions. Additionally, the contractor must provide operation manuals and ensure that all motorcycles are new and unused. Period of Performance The contract will commence upon the effective date and will include a delivery timeline specified in the price sheet. The acceptance period for the motorcycles will be thirty (30) calendar days from delivery. Place of Performance Delivery must be made to the Idaho Department of Fish and Game located at 159950 N Gate Blvd, Nampa, Idaho 83687. Bidder Requirements Vendors must have a current written agreement with the manufacturer as an authorized dealer or reseller for the motorcycles being quoted. Additionally, vendors must comply with all state laws and regulations applicable to this contract.
