THE WORK CONSISTS OF

The mission of the Corps is to provide quality outdoor recreation opportunities while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of visitors. The goal of this contract is to ensure the daily operation and minor maintenance of the campground. Work Details The contractor shall furnish all labor for the daily operation and minor maintenance of Winhall Brook Camping Area. Specific tasks include: 1. Providing campground host services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. 2. Conducting site visits to confirm understanding of scope and inspect existing conditions. 3. Completing two training days each year prior to working. 4. Maintaining a schedule of five days on and five days off from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. 5. Remaining onsite overnight when on duty and completing an exit meeting with park staff if necessary. 6. Reporting all accidents and near misses to the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC). 7. Ensuring that personnel comply with federal, state, and municipal laws as well as USACE regulations. Period of Performance The contract period of performance shall be from contract award through December 31, 2026, with options for two additional years extending through December 31, 2028.
