Gateway Park Construction

The Village of Wheeling invites you to bid on an anticipated contract for Gateway Park (hereinafter referred to as the Project ), located at 616 North Milwaukee Avenue, Wheeling, Illinois 60090. The Project can generally be described as the construction of public open space improvements including a custom masonry gateway mural wall; standalone custom gateway columns; seating and dining coves; open lawn and landscape areas; concrete walks and hardscape; site furnishings; pedestrian lighting; planting; irrigation; stormwater infrastructure; and associated site utilities. The scope of the Project shall include all equipment, materials, labor, training, warranties and construction and/or installation services necessary to implement the contemplated construction as described in the Contract Documents.
