Sell Real Property

The Central Platte Natural Resources District (CPNRD) has announced its intention to sell real property located at 215 N. Kaufman Ave., Grand Island, Nebraska. The property is legally described as Lot 9, Commonwealth Business Park, Third Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the CPNRD by June 18, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Any bids received after this deadline will not be considered. Additionally, bids submitted in any manner other than sealed will also be disregarded. The opening of the bids will take place on June 18, 2026, but the award of the bids will be contingent upon approval by the Board of Directors during their meeting on June 25, 2026. The property will be sold to the highest bidder on an 'AS IS, WHERE IS' basis, without any warranties regarding its condition, and subject to existing restrictions and encumbrances. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and may request further information from bidders prior to making an award. The sale will be confirmed by a vote of the Board, and the buyer will take possession of the property after the confirmation and closing, which is scheduled for August 14, 2026. Payment must be made in cash or certified funds at the time of closing, and the buyer will be responsible for any associated costs such as title insurance, recording fees, and closing agent fees.
