Third Party Administrator (TPA) Health and Prescription Drugs

Background

Lincoln Electric System (LES) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a third-party administrator (TPA) for health and prescription drug coverage. The goal of this contract is to ensure effective management of health benefits for LES employees, aligning with their mission to provide reliable electric service while maintaining a commitment to employee welfare.

Work Details

The successful bidder will provide comprehensive TPA services, which include but are not limited to: - Managing health and prescription drug claims - Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations - Providing customer service support to employees regarding their benefits - Coordinating with healthcare providers The contractor must also complete the LES Standard Services/Consulting Contract, the Confidentiality & Security Agreement (Form F790), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form (Form 51).

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and will continue through the duration specified in the RFP, with an expected performance period extending until June 4, 2026.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed primarily at Lincoln Electric System's facilities located in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with specific requirements including completion of all necessary forms as outlined in the RFP. They must demonstrate relevant experience in managing similar contracts and provide evidence of financial responsibility.
