Work Details The contractor will perform roadside spot treatments for invasive weeds using motorized methods approved for roadside use. Tasks include: - Surveying assigned acreages for noxious weeds - Mixing and applying specified herbicides - Completing daily herbicide treatment records - Collecting electronic data including GPS tracks. The work will occur within 25 to 50 feet from the road shoulder on various road surfaces. The contractor must provide all necessary items such as herbicides, equipment, labor, and supervision. The estimated minimum acreage for treatment is 300 acres per year with a base year estimate of approximately 1,000 acres. Task orders will specify site details and treatment requirements. Period of Performance The contract period includes one base year from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, followed by two option years from June 1, 2027, to May 31, 2028, and June 1, 2028, to May 31, 2029. Place of Performance The work will be performed within Grand Teton National Park and/or the John D. Rockefeller Memorial Parkway.
