2026 South Superior Storm Sewer Project

The work under this contract shall consist of removing existing combined sanitary/storm sewer pipes and structures, installation of new separate storm infrastructure and full road reconstruction. This contract includes project sites at two separate locations and includes installation of approximately 434 LF of 12-inch and 870 LF of 15-inch storm sewer, connections to existing storm sewers, eight precast storm sewer structures, one precast sanitary sewer manhole, full alley and roadway reconstruction, three lead water service line replacements, site restoration; and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. Also included is an alternate option of cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) lining of 149 LF of 8-inch VCP and 192 LF of VCP sanitary sewer pipe. Award of the alternate is at the discretion of the City of Superior ESD.
