Work Details The selected vendor will be responsible for: - Developing a fully interactive, self-guided virtual campus tour. - Providing updated 360° imagery and/or immersive media content. - Showcasing academic buildings, student life, housing, and campus resources. - Delivering a mobile-first and accessible experience compliant with ADA/WCAG standards. - Integrating inquiry capture and tracking with Element451. - Providing analytics to support enrollment and marketing decisions. - Enabling long-term updates and scalability. Core services required include full virtual campus tour design and development, 360° imagery with an interactive navigation system, mobile and desktop optimization, basic analytics dashboard, integration with Element451 inquiry/lead capture, hosting and maintenance services, as well as staff training and documentation. Optional enhancements may include drone/aerial footage, student-led storytelling/narration, interactive maps, multilingual options, advanced analytics/behavioral tracking, AI-guided experiences, video integration/multimedia enhancements, and social-media-friendly features. Period of Performance The anticipated contract length is two (2) years with annual renewal options up to five (5) years based on satisfactory performance. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Utah Tech University in St. George, Utah. Bidder Requirements Vendors must have been in business for at least five years and demonstrate experience working with universities that have over 10,000 students. The proposed software must integrate with Ellucian Banner and Element451. Vendors must provide a self-guided tour feature along with personalized/custom tours for visitors. In-depth analytics with easy-to-read visuals/dashboard are required. Additionally, vendors must ensure user-friendly interfaces for both users and visitors while incorporating AI features.
