Replacement of playground equipment with a specified allowance; 5. Repairing parking lot concrete and asphalt paving, including full-depth asphalt replacement and milling; 6. Sidewalk repairs and replacements; 7. Removal and replacement of siding, trim, windows, and entry doors; 8. Installation of ADA-compliant features including signage and sidewalk modifications; 9.
