Background Lincoln Electric System (LES) is seeking bids for a three-year purchase agreement to furnish and deliver conduit and conduit fittings as per LES specifications. The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of necessary materials for their operations in Lincoln, Nebraska. Work Details The contract includes the provision of various types of conduit and fittings, including but not limited to: - Rigid Steel Conduit in sizes 1", 1.5", 2", 2.5", 3", 4", 5", and 6" with specified quantities. - Flexible Corrugated PVC Conduit in sizes 1.5", 2", 3", and 4" with specified quantities. - Rigid PVC Conduit in various sizes (including Schedule 40) with specified quantities. - Locknuts, bushings, connectors, elbows, plugs, couplings, and other fittings as detailed in the bid document with specific quantities required for each item. The vendor must maintain minimum stock levels for certain items and ensure delivery within two weeks ARO (after receipt of order). Period of Performance The contract will commence upon award and continue through May 31, 2029. Place of Performance The products will be delivered to Lincoln Electric System's location in Lincoln, Nebraska. Bidder Requirements Bids will only be accepted from manufacturers listed in the bid form. Vendors wishing to propose other manufacturers must undergo a standards approval process. Bidders must be authorized by the manufacturer’s representative to sell products in Nebraska.
