Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument (LIBI) requires the rental, delivery, set up and maintaining of traffic control barriers for the upcoming 150th Anniversary of the Battle of Little Bighorn. Additional specifications are attached. The Period of Performance will run from June 24 through June 27, 2026, while the event itself will occur from June 25 through June 27, 2026. This is being conducted as a service contract. This is 100% a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Questions are due April 30, 2026 by 12pm MT and must be submitted electronically to lindsay_mclaughlin@ios.doi.gov. A consolidated list of questions with Government responses will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Background The Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument (LIBI) is hosting the 150th Anniversary of the Battle of Little Bighorn from June 25-26, 2026. The National Park Service has issued this solicitation to procure services and equipment necessary for public health, safety, and event operations during this significant event. Work Details The contractor shall provide the rental, delivery, setup, and maintenance of traffic control barriers. Specifically, the contractor is required to deliver and set up 1,200 feet of portable metal crowd-control safety barriers adjacent to the Little Bighorn Visitor Center to create an emergency/bus lane within the event area. It is recommended that the barriers have bridge feet due to unlevel terrain. All equipment must be delivered and set up by June 24 at 6 PM and taken down between 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM on June 27. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from June 24 through June 27, 2026. Place of Performance Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument, Crow Agency, MT.
