HVAC Replacement Project

The Trenton Parking Authority (TPA) is seeking sealed bids for the HVAC Replacement Project located at 16 E. Hanover Street, Trenton, NJ. Bids will be accepted until May 20th, 2026 at 2:00 P.M., at which point they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the TPA offices. The project involves the removal of existing air conditioning components and the installation of four new 5 ton evaporator coils and four new 5 ton condensers. Additionally, new electrical power, refrigerant line sets, communication wiring, and controls integration will be included. The existing blower motor/fan and heat coils will remain in place. Contractors may submit proposed alternates as long as they meet or exceed all performance requirements; however, alternates that reduce tonnage, change refrigerant type, or avoid required controls integration will not be accepted. Bid documents will be available starting May 1st, 2026. The TPA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
