Work Details The contractor will be responsible for installing a new hydrated lime feed and mixer system at the Argo Water Treatment Facility. The work includes: 1. Installation of previously purchased equipment on-site. 2. Replacement of existing mechanical systems as defined in the contract documents. 3. Coordination with existing operations to ensure minimal disruption during installation. 4. Compliance with all applicable state and local laws, building codes, and safety regulations throughout the construction process. Period of Performance The anticipated start date for the purchase order/contract is June 1, 2026, with project completion required by December 31, 2026. Place of Performance The work will be performed at the Argo Water Treatment Facility located at 2330 Riverside Drive, Idaho Springs, Colorado.
