Background The contract is issued by the United States Air Force at Columbus Air Force Base (AFB) in Mississippi. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive delivery and service support for portable toilets, which are essential for maintaining sanitation and hygiene standards on the base. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, labor, transportation, equipment, and supervision necessary for the delivery and service/support of portable toilets on Columbus AFB. Specific tasks include: 1. Delivering eight (8) portable toilet units to various locations on Columbus AFB within one (1) workday after the contract start date and staking them down to prevent tipping over. 2. Providing service to pump out four (4) 1,000-gallon holding tanks located on Columbus AFB and two (2) 150-gallon holding tanks at the Auxiliary Field OLF Alpha in Shuqualak, MS. 3. Being prepared to deliver up to ten (10) extra units for special events or emergencies within two hours of notification, including setup and servicing (cleaning, restocking toilet paper, emptying). 4. Providing an emergency contact number for after-hours communication and relocating units on base as requested at no cost to the government. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with options for extensions through September 30, 2031. Place of Performance The services will be performed at Columbus Air Force Base in Mississippi and the Auxiliary Field OLF Alpha located in Shuqualak, MS.
