Farwell Street Corridor Study

The City of Eau Claire is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a study of its downtown and examining the potential to improve downtown operations. The study would include data collection and analysis of the Farwell Street corridor (from Madison Street to Washington Street) and the downtown area from the Chippewa River east to Dewey Street. The selected firm must also have the ability to evaluate HSIP funding potential for the improvements and apply for HSIP funding as described in this RFP.
