Worker's Compensation and FMLA Third Party Administration

The Metropolitan District (MDC), a municipal water and sewer utility with a primary servicearea in the Capitol Region of Connecticut, is seeking written proposals from qualified Third-Party Administrator firms, also referred herein as the TPA , for administration of the District'sWorkers' Compensation Insurance Program and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). TheDistrict is seeking a three-year engagement with the opportunity for two (2) additional one (1)year option periods.
