On-Call Roof Consulting Services

The College intends to contract for on-call roof design and consulting services that will be based on hourly rates, qualifications, and experience as requested. Typical services may include research, design, preparation of plans, specifications, and contract documents, cost estimating, submittals review, presentations, and coordination of subcontractors for projects relating to roof repairs and replacements.All communications in regards to this RFP are only to be directed to the Procurement dept.
