Work Details The contractor will furnish, deliver, set up, and provide training for one (1) mobile surveillance trailer with the following specifications: - **Trailer & Mast**: Street-legal mobile surveillance trailer with DOT-compliant lighting; adjustable mast with a minimum height of 23 ft; equipped with four heavy-duty stabilizer jacks; hitch compatible with standard towing vehicles. - **Power System**: Solar array with a minimum capacity of 1,305 W; battery bank providing at least 11,040 Wh usable energy; integrated auto-start generator; shore power input. - **Deterrence & Safety**: Strobe light deterrent and an audible deterrent loudspeaker. - **Surveillance Components**: Two PTZ or dual-sensor cameras, one panoramic fisheye camera; industrial mini-server for recording; LTE modem for remote access; video management software supporting multiple device channels. - **Training & Documentation**: Onsite training for operators covering deployment and maintenance; provision of user manuals and maintenance schedules. - **Warranty & Support**: Minimum one-year warranty on all components.
