Background The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Remote Automated Laboratory Systems (RALS) for Hemochron Signature Elites (Brand Name or Equal). The goal of this contract is to provide all necessary software licenses, interfaces, services, training, and support to connect the Hemochron Signature Elites analyzers to the existing RALS system and ensure compliant data management. This solicitation is set aside for Small Business (SB) contractors, who must be registered in the Small Business Association (SBA) to be eligible for award. Work Details The Contractor shall provide: 1. All software licenses and interfaces necessary to connect the Hemochron Signature Elites analyzers to the existing RALS system. 2. Services including implementation, training, and ongoing support. 3. RALS Web3 device software module for the Werfen Hemochron Signature Elites. 4. Connectivity and meter/analyzer connections for seven Hemochron Signature Elites analyzers. 5. Results Interface – RALS–LIS HL7 interface compatible with VistA/CPRS. 6. ADT interface (Admit, Discharge, Transfer) for in-hospital patient verification. 7. RALS Silver Support Tier for data management system including remote access and maintenance. 8. Ensure compatibility with VA LIS and electronic patient record systems while allowing for future expansion as needed. Period of Performance The period of performance is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031, with options for additional years.
