Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Mental Health (DMH, hereinafter the State ) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more entities that can provide a crisis stabilization treatment program for up to 6 children of any gender, ages 5 years through 12 years of age, experiencing an acute mental health crisis with the goal to stabilize and transition children back to their home and community.
