Operate the Pine Belt Regional Landfill & Authority Transfer Stations

Sealed proposals for Solid Waste Management Services are hereby requested by the Pine Belt Regional Solid Waste Management Authority. The services for which proposals are requested include operating the Pine Belt Regional Landfill, operating three transfer stations and transporting solid waste from the transfer stations to the Pine Belt Regional Landfill. One or more contractors may be awarded contracts for the services requested. Copies of the proposal package including proposal forms, general conditions and technical specifications may be procured online at www.neel-schafferplans.com. Offerors are required to log-in or register for an account at www.neel-schafferplans.com to view and order proposal documents. All prospective offerors are required to have a valid email address for registration. Prospective offerors must be registered on the online plan holder list in order to submit a proposal.
