Work Details The project involves constructing an 11,623 square meter building with a 22,487 square meter drive-thru munitions bay. Key tasks include: - Establishing three dedicated operational bays for munitions inspection, small arms handling, and pyrotechnic operations. - Creating administrative and support areas for offices, mechanical systems, and personnel. - Utilizing heavily reinforced concrete for durability and blast resistance. - Implementing a specialized blast-resistant frangible roof system and a cast-in-place concrete foundation tailored to local soil conditions. - Incorporating supporting facilities such as grading and drainage systems for stormwater management, a concrete apron for vehicle access, and comprehensive utility connections including domestic water supply and waste management infrastructure. - Installing a generator to ensure uninterrupted power supply as per Air Force Instruction 32-1062.
