Background Lincoln Electric System (LES) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a media tracking and social listening tool. The goal of this contract is to enhance LES's public relations efforts through effective analytics and monitoring of media coverage. Work Details The successful bidder will be required to provide a media tracking and social listening tool that meets the specifications outlined by LES. This includes: 1) Completing the LES Standard Services/Consulting Contract; 2) Furnishing proof of insurance with specified coverage from an insurance company licensed in Nebraska; 3) Completing the LES Form F790 (Confidentiality & Security Agreement); 4) Completing the LES Form 51 (Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance). The Scope of Work will detail specific services, deliverables, and timelines agreed upon between LES and the Contractor. Period of Performance The contract will commence upon execution and will continue until all deliverables are completed as per the agreed schedule outlined in the Scope of Work. Place of Performance The services will be performed at locations designated by Lincoln Electric System, primarily within Lincoln, Nebraska. Bidder Requirements Bidders must provide proof of insurance with coverage specified in the contract, including general liability with LES listed as additional insured. They must also complete necessary forms including the Confidentiality & Security Agreement and Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance form. Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing employment practices.
