MTSS Strategic Implementation and Sustainability

The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing high-impact technical expertise, leadership and team coaching to bridge the gap between current district Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) knowledge and sustainable, high-performance MTSS practice. All supports will be aligned with the implementation of MTSS state standards and initiatives for the State of Wyoming,Department of Education (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on May 29, 2026. Questions must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time on, May 13, 2026. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
