Background Johnson County is seeking a qualified, independent employee benefits consultant to provide comprehensive consulting services related to the County’s group health and employee benefit programs. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the selected consultant acts in the best interest of the County by providing objective and unbiased recommendations. Work Details The consultant will evaluate the County's current employee benefits programs and recommend improvements. This includes assisting in the selection of vendors for health and benefit plans, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months from the date of award, with options for renewal based on performance and mutual agreement. Place of Performance Services will be performed at Johnson County facilities located in Johnson County, Texas. Bidder Requirements Bidders must not be on the State of Texas list of suspended, ineligible, or debarred contractors.
