Work Details The contract involves conducting a comprehensive statewide needs assessment to identify vulnerable CAHs and providing financial education through workshops. Additionally, it includes assisting CAHs in identifying market opportunities, offering billing and coding courses, and conducting chargemaster reviews. Specific deliverables include: 1. A needs assessment identifying at least twelve vulnerable hospitals for chargemaster reviews. 2. Conducting two semi-annual roundtable meetings for hospital CFOs. 3. Assisting at least six selected CAHs with market assessments. 4. Providing billing and coding courses at least twice a year. 5. Conducting two chargemaster reviews for six CAHs with tracking of outcomes.
