Project Management: Establishing a project management system for scope, schedule, and budget control; conducting regular status meetings with Board of Education (BOE) staff; preparing meeting minutes. 2. Design Reports: Creating a Design Concept Report (DCR) that includes conceptual plans, methodology, alternatives, and preliminary cost estimates; performing topographic surveys. 3. Detailed Design and Construction Documents: Preparing detailed design documents based on DCR approval; submitting plans in AutoCAD format; conducting cost estimates and addressing BOE review comments. 4. Bidding Assistance: Attending pre-bid meetings, preparing meeting minutes, responding to requests for information (RFI), and issuing addenda. 5.
