Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk in the City Building, 400 East Military Avenue, Fremont, Nebraska, until 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 22, 2026, and be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers at that time for all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the installation of EMERGENCY BACKUP GENERATOR KML 2026 The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: City of Fremont, Nebraska. Failure to submit an acceptable Affirmative Action Statement and Program within the time allotted shall result in the forfeiture of the bidder's bond. The contractor shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in a sum equal to one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, for a period of two (2) years past the completion of the project.
