This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 8.4 and General Service Administration Regulation (GSAR) 538.71, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposed pricing must be offered against the contractor's current schedule contract.

Description of Work

The intent of this contract is to furnish janitorial services for the Plumas National Forest on the Beckwourth Ranger Station, Mount Hough Ranger Station, and the Plumas National Forest Supervisor's Office.

Contractor Responsibility

The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, personnel, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies, except as otherwise specified, necessary to provide janitorial services at the Plumas National Forest Supervisors Office and Mount Hough Ranger Station in Quincy, CA and the Beckwourth Ranger Station located in Blairsden, CA. All work shall be performed in accordance with this performance work statement and all federal, state and local laws and regulations. See Statement of Work for additional requirements.

Services include cleaning tasks performed twice a week at each location. The work must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Specific tasks include cleaning offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor must also maintain quality control through regular inspections and address any deficiencies promptly. Period of Performance The period of performance includes a base year from May 15, 2026 to May 14, 2027 with four optional consecutive twelve-month periods extending through May 14, 2031. Place of Performance The services will be performed at three locations within Plumas National Forest: Beckwourth Ranger Station (23 Mohawk Road, Blairsden, CA), Plumas National Forest Supervisor’s Office (159 Lawrence Street, Quincy, CA), and Mount Hough Ranger Station (39696 Hwy 70, Quincy, CA).
