Background The Town of Royalton, Vermont, is seeking bids for construction services to improve the HVAC system at the Royalton Town Garage. The project aims to replace an existing fuel oil-fired boiler with a more efficient propane-fired boiler as part of the Town's energy improvement initiatives. This work is funded through a SOV MERP Implementation Grant from the Department of Building and General Services (BGS). Work Details The scope of work includes the following: 1.
