Period of Performance The contractor must commence work within ten (10) calendar days after receiving the written 'Notice to Proceed' and complete the project within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days thereafter. Place of Performance The work will be performed on Boyd Street between 43rd St. and 44th St., Little Rock, Arkansas. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be licensed to operate in the State of Arkansas and provide a current copy of their Arkansas State Contractor License prior to contract award. A completed Statement of Vendor’s Qualifications form must be submitted along with a bid bond of 5% for bids over $50,000. Bidders must also certify that they do not engage in boycotts against Israel or certain industries as specified by Arkansas law.
