Installation of an air-to-water cold climate heat pump (AWHP) split system with an exterior unit mounted on a reinforced concrete pad and an interior unit installed next to the existing boiler. The heat pump must operate in heating mode only and be capable of functioning down to -22 degrees F. 2. Installation of a new hybrid electric heat pump water heater (HPWH) with a storage capacity of approximately 50 gallons, designed to supply hot water to sinks and lavatories. This will be piped in series with the existing indirect domestic water heater. 3. Replacement of existing thermostats with programmable models, specifically three units that will be field verified. 4. Replacement of the existing circulator pump with an ECM motor pump that has smart controls for variable speed operation based on heating demand. 5. All refrigerant piping shall be Type ACR copper with appropriate insulation and protective covers. 6.
